2021 TMG Research Report–Organizational Readiness & Change Management

This report, “Organizational Readiness & Change Management: Aligning with the Future,” is the fourth of four quarterly reports in the “Minding The Meter” series from the TMG Research team. Developed with guidance and inputs from the group’s Utilities Advisory & Research Council, or “UtilityARC,” the TMG team has endeavored to answer questions and provide insights as utilities continue to move towards a future that looks radically different than its history. From the period of October to December 2021, the TMG Research team embarked on a study of how utilities are delving into organizational change management to meet the many challenges confronting utilities today and in the years ahead.
