The utility industry, just like other verticals, is witnessing new, frenetic developments in the AI space coupled with real (and sometimes imagined!) pressures to get on the AI bandwagon. Utilities can build tools that leverage AI or purchase and integrate pre-built Commercial Off-the-Shelf AI solutions.
