Louisville Water Company (LWC), is the largest and oldest publicly owned water utility in the United States, serving nearly one million customers across Louisville Metro and surrounding Kentucky counties. As a longtime Oracle customer, LWC previously implemented Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) and Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Management (WAM). To further modernize enterprise operations, LWC initiated the implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
During implementation, the project faced challenges in management, staffing, and technical execution. LWC engaged TMG, an RIA company, to stabilize and successfully complete the implementation.
